feat: label the payee as seller on merchant payment requests #1625
On the Payment Request confirm screen, Show Details lists the payee under the label "Contact" (wallet__payment_request_contact). For a merchant request, such as a Pubky Market order, the payee is the seller rather than a personal contact, so "Contact" reads oddly. Seen on Bitkit Android 3.0.1 with a Shop order request; iOS uses the same label.
Proposed solution
For merchant or Shop requests, label the payee as the seller, for example "Seller" or "To". Keep "Contact" for requests from personal contacts. The final wording is a design call.
Fix: #1642. Requests the Paykit server creates for a seller (proposal app id paykit-server, as for Pubky Market orders) now show the payee under "To"; personal requests keep "Contact". "To" is the interim wording; the final wording is design's call.
