bug: tab swipes go the wrong way in rtl locales #1597

Open

Description

@ovitrif

In right-to-left locales such as Arabic, swipeToChangeTab reads a swipe to the right as a move to the previous tab, but the tab rows it drives are mirrored, so the finger and the selected tab move in opposite directions.

It drives the Activity tabs (AllActivityScreen) and the USDT receive page (UsdtDepositReceiveScreen). On the USDT page the Receive pager next to it is a LazyRow, which follows the layout direction, so a swipe there and a swipe on the USDT page go opposite ways. The wraparound from #1593 follows the same mapping.

Steps

  1. Set the device language to Arabic.
  2. Open Receive with USDT enabled and select the USDT tab.
  3. Swipe left across the USDT QR.

Expected

The swipe moves toward the tab the finger reveals, as it does on the Savings and Spending pages.

Actual

It selects the tab on the other side.
