bug: receive tabs don't wrap on swipe, and swiping past usdt dismisses receive #1590

What happened?

In Receive, swiping sideways between tabs stops at both ends:

Expected behavior

Swiping works on every Receive tab and wraps around: swiping back on the first tab goes to the last one, and swiping forward on the last tab goes to the first one. A sideways swipe never dismisses the Receive sheet, and a tap on the QR still copies.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable USDT and open Receive.
  2. On the USDT tab, swipe toward the next tab: the sheet is dismissed.
  3. On the first tab, swipe back: nothing happens.

Repro detail: the dismissal happens when the swipe on the USDT tab ends outside the sheet (above it). On Spending the same swipe doesn't close the sheet, since the tab pager consumes the drag. On USDT nothing consumed the horizontal drag, so the release outside the sheet likely counts as a tap on the scrim. #1582 now consumes the drag after touch slop, which may already fix the dismissal; verify with a swipe that ends above the sheet.
