bug: allowance history and open attempts are lost after a wallet restore #1583

Open

Description

@ovitrif

Refs:

What happened?

The allowance local state (PaykitAllowanceLocalState: the attempt journal mapping each request to its payment hash or transaction id, allowance groups, and automatic-payment history) is kept only in the device keychain. It is not part of PaykitPaymentStateBackup or any other backup payload.

After restoring the wallet on another device, the SDK restores allowance accounting, but the journal and history are empty:

  • open allowance attempts can no longer be verified from the node, so they stay unknown and keep holding allowance capacity
  • "Paid automatically" totals and the "Auto-paid" tag in payment history reset

Expected behavior

A restored wallet keeps its allowance journal and automatic-payment history, or rebuilds them from the restored SDK ledger before recovery runs.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Grant an allowance and let a contact's request be paid automatically.
  2. Back up the wallet, then restore it on another device.
  3. Open the allowance: the paid total and the Auto-paid tag are gone.

Bitkit Version

Unreleased: allowances branch of #1340.

Reproducibility

Always, by reading the backup payload; not yet run on a device.
