fix: usdt payment review sheet ignores bottom navigation bar inset #1571

The USDT payment review sheet ignores the bottom navigation-bar inset, so Swipe To Pay sits under the gesture handle on devices with gesture navigation.

Steps

1. Pixel 9 emulator, gesture navigation. USDT enabled and funded on the local fixture.
2. Accept a USDT subscription from a contact (or open an incoming USDT payment request) and reach the "Payment Request" review.
3. Swipe to pay, then cancel the PIN prompt.
4. The review comes back with the Swipe To Pay button overlapping the gesture handle. The navigation-bar inset on this device is y=2361–2424.

Cause

PaykitUsdtReview (app/src/main/java/to/bitkit/ui/screens/wallets/usdt/PaykitUsdtReview.kt, master line 92) lays out its content with Modifier.sheetHeight().background(Colors.Gray7) and never applies navigationBarsPadding(). The Review & Subscribe screen (SubscriptionReview) does apply it, which is why the earlier step of the same flow looks right.

Fix

Add .navigationBarsPadding() to that Column. #1564 already includes it. #1568 restructures the same Column (wraps it in a Box), so whichever PR merges second must keep the padding. Close this issue once the padding is on master and the button clears the nav bar on a gesture-navigation device.

Found during the device gate of #1568 (pre-existing on master, not introduced there).
