bug: overlapping restores can drop a protected usdt payment attempt #1529

What happened?

When a wallet restores backups that overlap, with several USDT payment attempts for the same Paykit request, a restored attempt that is already funded or carries a payment proof can be replaced instead of kept. Copied bridge support details can also lose their labeled lines.

Expected behavior

Every funded or proof-bearing USDT attempt survives an overlapping restore and keeps protecting its request, so no duplicate payment can be prepared. Support details keep each value on its labeled line.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Restore overlapping pending-payment backups for one Paykit USDT request.
2. Prepare another quote for the same request.
