Ignores semver-major updates for
jaq-*in the cargo dependabot config. jaq-core 3 only compiles together with jaq-std 3 and jaq-json 2, andsrc/commands/jq.rsuses APIs removed in 3.0 (RcIter,Filter::run, theNative/Cvstubs), so a single-crate bump fails with 15 compile errors (#185). Minor and patch updates still come through.Lift this when a security advisory affects jaq 2 or we need a jaq 3 feature; at that point move all three crates together and port
