can you also add the following:

• Add the ISO-639-1 code to the LANGUAGES list in here
• Add the values from other_terms.csv to the LABELS dictionary here
• Add a readme.md file in the data folder that explains the source of the translation (e.g. a well known astronomy book in the language, astronomical society, etc) - see example here

It would also be great if you could add German to the tests in https://github.com/steveberardi/starplot/blob/main/tests/test_languages.py

thanks! I'll take care of the other code required for this translation, and release a new version of Starplot with it soon (likely today).
