Closes #432.

Routine cargo update at the first milestone of the minor version, per
RELEASE.md.
5.5.0 replaces SerialFramed's unsafe read with tokio_util's poll_read_buf
and swaps futures for futures-core/futures-sink, with no API changes.
Upstream now publishes a changelog, so tokio-serial no longer needs an
exact pin or the special-case guidance in RELEASE.md.

Closes #432.
The updated dependencies need Rust 1.85 (e.g. unescaper uses edition 2024),
and the lock on main already needed it for clap and base64ct, so 1.75 was
no longer accurate. The msrv job checks the workspace with the version in
Cargo.toml so it stays honest.
Clippy only suggests APIs available at the declared rust-version, so raising
it to 1.85 enabled unnecessary_map_or (Option::is_none_or, 1.82) and the
no-op waker lint (Waker::noop, 1.85).
