Explain the planned Cloud terms in Swedish and English: everyone who uses FTW Cloud contributes to statistics, with no separate statistics switch. Local FTW users get a Yes/No question with Yes suggested, and no new upload before an answer. Older choices do not accept the new scope.
The page states that hourly collection is still off while Sourceful reviews the legal basis and DPIA. It lists fields, rounding, the proposed 13-month retention, public group thresholds and deletion, including offline limits. Reports in Cloud are personal data; configured power is not proof of control. Daily report averages estimate active reporting installations, not people or all-time installs.
Paired with srcfl/ftw#1700, srcfl/ftw-cloud#32 and srcfl/ftw-app#87. The current daily-report feed and stats dashboard are already live through Cloud. This text does not activate household collection or claim a signed review.
Validation: inspected both rendered languages in a browser; HTML diff and whitespace check pass. No build step.
