Closes #120. Implements the authorized environment-inventory follow-up and includes the related setup, session-activity, and typography changes on this branch.

Setup resource tables

• Add shared resource-table, details-dialog, and lifecycle-status components; apply them across Environments and MCP servers and align Models/provider setup with the same compact inventory patterns.
• Present Environments as a scannable table with source-specific status and expandable details. Keep enrollment keys and provider configuration distinct; preserve permissions and destructive-action warnings; avoid heavyweight filtering or pagination for the expected few-dozen resources.
• Update Models and MCP-server setup/details to reuse the shared presentation while retaining domain-specific fields and actions.

Session activity clarity

• Make event-source and tool-step labels/layout easier to scan and less system-like.
• Distinguish parked runs waiting for tools from runs waiting for approval.
• Keep expected environment-tool failures visible in detail without red failure emphasis; preserve prominent treatment for other failed tools and the run's actual outcome.

Typography and UI polish

• Bundle IBM Plex Sans Variable and IBM Plex Mono via Fontsource, with license notices and updated CSS/package-lock configuration.
• Apply small consistency refinements to environment power controls, confirmation buttons, and shared UI components.

Validation

• CI run 40174966670 passed on the current PR head 97422638.
• Codex's initial implementation run reported 897 Platform web tests, web typecheck, production build, and diff checks passing. Browser-level responsive testing was not performed.

Remaining product question

Registered environments do not currently expose a user-triggered close action; this PR keeps that action unavailable pending a product decision.
