This pull request primarily removes support for passive node deployments and updates service commands in the Docker Compose templates to improve clarity and maintainability. Additionally, it introduces a new environment variable for influx URL configuration.

Removal of passive node support:

• Deleted the task for generating the docker-compose-passive.yml file in main.yaml, effectively removing passive node deployment from the Ansible sync role.
• Removed the docker-compose-passive.yml.j2 template, including all service definitions and related configuration for passive nodes.

Updates to Docker Compose service commands:

• Changed the command for the admin service from python3 admin.py to python3 skale_admin.py in docker-compose.yml.j2 to clarify script usage.
• Updated the command for the api service from gunicorn app:app -c gunicorn.conf.py to gunicorn skale_api:app -c gunicorn.conf.py in docker-compose.yml.j2 for improved clarity and accuracy.

Configuration enhancements:

• Added a new influx_url variable to the dev inventory template for easier influx URL configuration.
