chore(site): the site URLs read the kalatopi.sh Pages domain - #73

The Pages config carries opensase.kalatopi.sh (HTTPS enforced; the DNS live; the cert serves HTTP/2 200). site-url, README's two site links, the Troubleshooting link and the release echo cure. The repo greps zero old-host strings. Closes #72

opensase.kalatopi.sh(issue #72). The Pages config lives (the custom domain set, HTTPS enforced); the DNS records live; the cert verifies on the wire:Cures:
_quarto.ymlsite-url, README (the Future link + the docs line), TROUBLESHOOTING, the release echo. Zero old-host strings after the cure. The clone pre-commit hook paths GC-died; reinstalled (commit + pre-push) — no --no-verify bypass.Closes #72
