Eric's agent memories are moving out of Claude and into the repos, so every engineer and agent reads the same rules, whichever AI tool they use. This repo had no agent doc, so this adds
AGENTS.md(and aCLAUDE.mdthat points at it). It adds:--help; no flag lists, skip incidental changes, and docs PRs needn't land before the CLI release.What could go wrong
Agents follow a wrongly worded rule. A reviewer would catch it.
