⬆️ 升级 @playwright/test 到 1.64.1，修复 ubuntu 26.04 runner 上的 CI 失败 - #1815

GitHub 的 ubuntu-latest 已切换到 26.04，Playwright 1.60.0 不支持该系统， Runtime smoke 在安装 Chromium 时报 "Playwright does not support chromium on ubuntu26.04-x64" （main 上 2026-11-02 的两次 push 均因此失败）。1.64.1 已包含 ubuntu26.04-x64 的浏览器下载映射。 lockfile 只涉及 @playwright/test、playwright、playwright-core；1.64 不再依赖可选的 fsevents@2.3.2。 新版要求 Node >= 20，CI 使用 Node 22。

ubuntu-latest已切换到 Ubuntu 26.04，项目锁定的 Playwright 1.60.0 不支持这个系统。Runtime smoke 在安装 Chromium 时直接失败：main 上 2026-11-02 的两次 push（run 41375536662、41375516939）和 #1814 都因此失败，单元测试与 Lint 不受影响。
本次把
@playwright/test升到 1.64.1，它已包含ubuntu26.04-x64的浏览器下载映射。没有选择把 runner 固定为ubuntu-24.04：那样只是推迟问题，CI 会一直停留在旧镜像上。lockfile 只涉及
@playwright/test、playwright、playwright-core三个包；1.64 不再依赖可选的fsevents@2.3.2。新版要求 Node >= 20，CI 使用的是 Node 22。测试用的浏览器随之从 Chromium 151 升到 Chrome Headless Shell 156。
验证
本地 macOS，Node 26，执行
pnpm run build后：pnpm run test:runtime-smoke：1 passedpnpm run test:e2e：67 passed，无 skipped、flaky
