I build tools that allow AI agents to work in open-source software over MCP, under real user permissions. I'm Senior Director, Applied AI & Agent Success Engineering at Acquia, and I lead the Drupal AI Initiative's Outside AI workstream.
- Rotterdam keynote demo (starts at 33:26): Built for Drupal founder Dries Buytaert's DrupalCon Rotterdam 2026 keynote. MCP connects different AI agents to Drupal, with the platform enforcing each user's permissions and recording every change in revision history. I implemented and produced it with Claude Code, then filmed and narrated it myself.
- Behind-the-scenes walkthrough: how the Rotterdam demo works and how to set it up yourself.
- DrupalCon Chicago 2026 keynote demo: Lovable to Drupal: turning a visual prototype into a structured, editable site with coding agents. How I built it.
- drupal-contribute-fix: an agent skill that finds existing fixes before patching and packages contributions for human review. Adopted into Drupal's community skills library.
- self-learning-skills: local memory for coding agents: recall lessons, record new ones and prepare skill updates for review.
- agent-ready-drupal-build-kit: build tooling where a separate verifier, not the building agent, decides when a site is done.
- drupal-agent-readiness: a public test bench that measures how safely AI agents operate Drupal sites and publishes what they get wrong.
- Agent Access: connects AI assistants to a site through users' own accounts over OAuth and MCP.
I contribute to Drupal AI, Canvas and Tool API (Drupal.org, GitLab) and teach practical AI-assisted engineering, including Reviewer-Friendly AI at DrupalCon Rotterdam. Author of Managing AI.
