Summary

Add plan-gated, no-image Windows action supplements for completing unwired recovery and proving terminal topology/provider/native-input behavior against the delivered parity scenes.

Changes

• Add a privacy-safe action-plan gate that binds clean source, focused fixtures, existing image hashes, binaries/providers, expected actions, deadlines, and cleanup.
• Add one-attempt Wire completion through native target selection, edge form submission, daemon graph readback, stable IDs, and guarded cleanup.
• Add terminal action receipts for New Tab, Split Right/Down, alternate selection/focus, close behavior, overflow round trips, provider generations, persisted layouts, and native shell input/output.

Additional validation:

• Real-zmx preflight at C:\ah7 -> 185/185 passed, 0 failed, 0 skipped.
• Deterministic hardening -> repeated runs 3/3 passed.
• Wire and terminal plan-only gates at C:\a8 and C:\b8 -> expected receipt counts 1 and 11, zero PNGs and launches.
• PowerShell parser, git diff --check, and LF checks -> passed.
