A partial release failure fails the run; it does not warn and continue. With OIDC, the component must belong to every product listed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A release that ships with another product includes that product's release, rather than tagging its own SBOMs into it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>

PRODUCT_RELEASE corrections
The publishing page's notes on
PRODUCT_RELEASEare wrong in two places:_processors/processors/releases.py).is_authorised_for_product). Any other product returns 403.RELEASE_INCLUDES
This documents
RELEASE_INCLUDES(sbomify/sbomify-action#494), which lets a product release include another product's release. It's the right tool when an application ships with a toolchain: the application's release links the toolchain's release. The old workaround was to tag the application's SBOMs into the toolchain's release, which made the toolchain list the application.Merge this after sbomify/sbomify#1916 is deployed and sbomify-action#494 is released.
