Collaborators (Pro): invite, permissions across MCP and console - #53
Domain (collaborators.rs): Pro owners invite up to 10 people per app by email. The email is allowlisted during the closed beta (no invite codes — owner decision), gets the spec's notification email, and is linked when it signs in. Removal takes effect on the next call. Usage is charged to the owner. A downgrade hides collaborator access without deleting the rows.
MCP:add_collaborator, remove_collaborator, list_collaborators (owner-only). Collaborators see shared apps in list_apps with role: collaborator. Tools reference regenerated.
One seam:visible_app replaces owned_app everywhere; each endpoint states its rule.
Collaborators may: read the app, code, logs and errors, triage errors, commit, roll back (MCP), list secret names.
Strangers get 404. The logs SSE stream rechecks the role each tick, so removing someone ends their stream.
Console: Settings → Collaborators (invite, list with joined/pending, remove with confirm; Free owners see it disabled with a Pro badge). Collaborators see Settings, Secrets and D1 without write controls (read-only notices); triage stays available. Registered in actions/collaborators.ts.
Live (outer:2fbc96e): on a throwaway app, invited a test user from the console. As that user (own session): the app is listed as collaborator; app, code tree and errors 200; visibility, rename, secret write, delete, collaborator management → 403 with a plain explanation; D1 → 403. After removal → 404. Test app, user and sessions deleted. 569 tests; build green.
CodeRabbit is out of free reviews; merging on green CI plus the live check.

Walkthrough
This change adds Pro-gated app collaborators with invitation, removal, account linking, and role-based access across Console and MCP. Collaborators can use permitted app operations, while owner-only operations remain restricted. Console adds collaborator management and read-only controls for Secrets and D1 data.

Merge Risk: Low · up to 2fbc9
Collaborators who open D1 in the console will see an error instead of the read-only view the UI describes, and invite emails will show stray asterisks. Neither affects owners or data safety, so the change is mergeable with these small follow-ups.

Rebase onto origin/main (#53): owned_app is gone, visible_app is the
seam. Move the owner check into console_data/mod.rs as owner_app with a
panel noun; D1 calls it with 'this database', console_app (R2/DO) with
'this data'. Console hides R2/DO nav for non-owners and shows the same
owner-only empty state on their routes. Test: collaborator 403 on
r2/list and do/classes, stranger 404.
* Console data panels (R2 + Durable Objects): server side
New module http/console_data (r2.rs, durable.rs, shared mod.rs) under
/api/console/apps/{slug}/data/... with the console guard (session,
same-origin, owner-scoped 404). R2: S3 reads with per-request scoped
creds on fleets/{slug}/r2/<bucket>/, writes/deletes via celld r2 put/delete;
bucket allowlist from the deployed manifest (raw_metadata.bindings),
local dist/wrangler.json fallback. DO: read-only class/instance list via
celld cell list (reserved classes skipped) + best-effort ?read=1 probe.
Writes audited as r2_put/r2_delete with both ids NULL (client Console);
client_label maps both-NULL to Console. Port of Noite r2/durable
backends @ 58a977a (encode/decode/validators verbatim).
* Console data panels (R2 + Durable Objects): UI + docs
Registered action modules actions/data-r2 + data-do (ConsoleAction
registries; components call run()), R2 browser + DO viewer islands under
data/, sidebar Data entries real (D1 stays Soon), daisyUI modal confirms,
docs 'Browse your data in the console' section. Ports of Noite
lib/storage/{r2,do,shared} @ 58a977a adapted to Outer routing and the
console conventions. URL state dropped (island-local), probes run on
selection, island fetches use watch.once.
* Console data panels: errorMessage lives in data/shared, views import from there
actions/types.ts is gone (ConsoleAction comes from actions/settings.ts
like the other registries, fetch goes through actions/http.ts), so the
three views that used its errorMessage helper import it from the merged
data/shared.tsx instead.
* Rebase onto main (#50-#52): duration_ms audits, dash-key refusal, merge fixes
- record_console gained duration_ms (rename_app #50): pass 0 at the six
console-data audit sites (r2_put, r2_delete, d1_write, d1_delete_rows).
- Option injection: r2_key_ok refuses a leading '-' (keys travel
positionally to celld r2 put/delete; 0.6.2 honors no '--' separator),
so put/delete/file/raw/list answer 400 with a user_message before any
credential or celld call. Manifest bucket_name / DO class leading-dash
skips and built-config rejections already existed; covered by tests.
- Merge resolutions: keep S3 list_delimited_page/head + slug-scope
delete_prefix doc; keep account + R2/DO titles, icons and view arms.
- Tests: dash-key unit test; delete rejects '-evil'; file 400 carries
error/user_message; DO instances?class=-evil is 400.
* data-r2-do: header-sign LIST, friendly R2 user_message
R2 answers 501 NotImplemented when the session token rides the
presigned ListObjectsV2 query string, while object GET/HEAD presigns
work. Both list paths now sign a SigV4 Authorization header (hmac +
sha2 + hex, already in tree) and send the token as the signed
x-amz-security-token header; the query carries no token. Object
presigns stay as they are.
R2 backend failures now show a friendly user_message (detail stays in
message): raw S3 XML no longer reaches the UI.
* data panels: one shared owner check (R2/DO owner-only like D1)
Rebase onto origin/main (#53): owned_app is gone, visible_app is the
seam. Move the owner check into console_data/mod.rs as owner_app with a
panel noun; D1 calls it with 'this database', console_app (R2/DO) with
'this data'. Console hides R2/DO nav for non-owners and shows the same
owner-only empty state on their routes. Test: collaborator 403 on
r2/list and do/classes, stranger 404.
* Console DO: empty-state copy uses code elements, not literal backticks
* Console R2: empty-state copy uses code elements
