Holding this open — head currently contains workflow-only sync fixes. Next real SDK generation (#271) should refresh this PR with actual spec/SDK delta before merge.

Follow-up: live generation refreshed this PR with the real #271 SDK delta. Audited at current head: Seedance/Veo options match source spec; sync + async waitable wrappers remain intact; lint/build/tests green. The bundled stlc-sync workflow change is intentional shared staging/production workflow parity; staging-only back-sync behavior is repo-guarded.
