Summary
Release Drafter always used the next patch version, so a push to
mainrenamed a manually prepared 1.2.0 draft to 1.1.1. This change lets future feature and enhancement PRs select a minor version while keeping patch as the fallback for other changes.The 1.2.0 release has since been published. This PR prevents the same draft-version mismatch on future minor releases.
