DOC-7181: Add an interactive demo for Redis Search indexing

A scripted, browser-only demo on the indexing section's new interactive-demo page. It starts with the restaurant data, then walks through field types, which keys an index covers (PREFIX and FILTER), missing and invalid values (INDEXMISSING, INDEXEMPTY, and FT.INFO), and hashes compared with JSON. Each step shows its FT.CREATE part by part, the query, the data with the matches highlighted, and the exact reply.

Every reply was recorded from Redis 8.10, each case starting from an empty database. search-demo.css holds the Redis Search demo styles this demo builds on.

Overview
Adds an Indexing interactive demo page under the Redis Search indexing docs, embedded via a new search-index-demo Hugo shortcode.

The widget is a five-step, browser-only walkthrough (restaurant sample data → field types and DIALECT, PREFIX/FILTER, missing/invalid values with INDEXMISSING/INDEXEMPTY/FT.INFO, hash vs JSON). Controls swap among pre-recorded Redis 8.10 FT.CREATE/FT.SEARCH transcripts so users see annotated commands, highlighted matches, and exact redis-cli output without a live server.

New assets: search-demo.css (shared Redis Search demo UI on top of context-retriever-demo.css), search-index-demo.css, and search-index-demo.js (large fixture tables). The shortcode loads those with MD5 cache-busting and guards double-init if the shortcode appears twice.
