Fresh Agent Sessions now acquire already-granted Context permissions before invoking protected Toolbox operations or native commands. Acquisition uses only the server-reported authorized scopes, does not wait for or open controller approval, and leaves missing permissions on the explicit request path. Existing local authority is reused.
Validation: go test ./... and go vet ./...; added checks for a fresh Session, local reuse and no existing grants. Live acceptance uses a newly provisioned AK Agent with preassigned GitHub permissions.
