为什么需要修改

客户平均值已经计算出来时，页面仍会因有效覆盖不足 24 小时把主数值显示为横线，只在小字中显示已观测平均，容易被理解为计算失败。升级后的场地端是否能直接复用已有历史，也需要明确验证。

修改与结果

• 单场地部分覆盖的平均值直接显示在主数值中，同时常显“按有效时段计算”和有效覆盖时长；API 完整性标记及计算口径保持原意。
• 区分未上报、缺读数和过期状态；尊重云端明确返回的未知时间，避免未来时间戳被显示为“0 秒前”。
• 保留真实零值、未知值和跨场地部分覆盖的汇总保护。
• 六种语言同步更新；文档说明更新后必须重启本地进程，以及保留的原始扫描历史可以立即参与重算。
• 增加真实旧文件数据库自动迁移、非整点滚动 24 小时及不等扫描间隔回归，不修改算力公式。

验证

• Linux 全量：443 passed，28 subtests passed。
• 共享前端 Node 行为回归通过：23.26/24h、6/24h、1/24h、真实零值、未知值、混合周期、跨场地缺报、过期与未知时间并存、六语言占位符。
• 旧库恢复与边界测试确认已有原始历史可立即得到 293 TH/s、24h、100% 覆盖，无需一律等待新的 24 小时。
• 真实本地 HTTP 服务三阶段演练通过：旧报文 → 新摘要 → 新客户报表；通过 HTTP 获取实际页面脚本并执行渲染断言，验证提示消失、实时/平均恢复、23.26/24h 部分均值及跨场地保护（Node VM 元素桩，非浏览器）。
• 独立代码复核通过；最终提交 Windows 原生检查 7/7 全部通过（Python 3.8/3.10/3.12/3.14，3.15 环境恢复、无 Python 启动、Git 锁定及 ZIP 恢复）。

• 测试环境缺少 Chromium 且官方下载被环境拦截，因此未把 页面脚本/接口检查计作浏览器视觉验收；未访问生产场地。
