Howdy, I'm Puneeth. I write software, argue with computers, and somehow still enjoy it.
Most days I’m writing code, bossing AI around like it reports to me, and fixing my homelab after it broke for a reason I still cannot explain. I usually walk away having learned something, which is my polite way of saying I caused half the chaos and then reverse-engineered the lesson out of it. If a problem is weird, slightly broken, or “should have been simple,” I’m already poking at it.
When I’m not staring at a screen, I’m still kinda staring at a screen. Open-source is my happy place. I disappear into libraries (the ones with books, not just import statements), wander through random repos, and break things with the optimism of someone who assumes they’ll know how to fix them later. Caffeine keeps the whole operation running. Away from the keyboard, I grab a camera, go outside, and pretend I have a healthy work-life balance while taking photos of trees like they owe me rent.
Though I just did a few commits, the real heroes are the maintainers!
