Add past member status to profiles and update related pages - #17

Introduces `status` (`current`/`past`) and optional `currentPosition` in the people schema, plus a shared `isPast` helper. Updates people, project, home, and about pages to separate past members, show alumni labeling/"Now" details, and exclude past members from current-member stats. Also updates docs with profile guidance and workflow steps for marking someone as a past member without removing project/publication links.

This pull request introduces support for marking people as "past members" of the organization, ensuring that their profiles, projects, and publications are retained and displayed appropriately. It adds a
statusfield (with values "current" or "past") and an optionalcurrentPositionto people profiles, updates the UI to distinguish past members across the site, and clarifies documentation and workflows for handling departures. Past members are now listed separately, labeled in relevant places, and excluded from current member counts.Schema and Data Model Updates
