I'm a PhD student and research fellow in the Department of Informatics at the University of Sussex, based in Uckfield, East Sussex.
- PhD research: part of the LEAF Indonesia project, looking at land cover classification from satellite imagery. I'm also studying agentic methods, where LLM-based agents plan and run the steps of a geospatial analysis to solve real-world problems.
- Research fellow (part time): lead programmer on LIMMMA, a geospatial modelling platform. I build GIS infrastructure and tooling, and I'm working on bringing my PhD research into the platform, including LLM-powered agents that make it easier to use.
- Side projects: a few app and game ideas on the go, mostly for fun and for fishing.
