This PR adds live RAM (RSS) process memory monitoring under the System tab in the PDM TUI for managed P2Poolv2 user-level systemd instances (p2poolv2@<instance>.service).

With this addition, P2Pool resource monitoring in PDM is structured into two clear domains:

• Storage Tab: Monitors persistent disk usage (database directory location and stored size on disk from config-<instance>.toml).
• System Tab: Monitors live process execution (systemd service status, process controls Start/Stop/Restart, and active RAM/RSS memory usage queried via systemd MemoryCurrent).

Verification & Testing

• Unit tests added and passing across service, app state, and TUI components.
• Tested and verified live against a running p2poolv2@signet instance in the TUI.
