Resolves this repo's item of nyjc-computing/campus#859. Bumps both git-dep pins together as required:
campus-suite→5b85acc(post-#857 weekly) andcampus-api-python→7e6dd4a(post-#101 main). The pair must move in lockstep — the old client crashes at import against post-#857 campus-suite. Lock-only change. (Hooks skipped: worktree venv lacks pytest; nothing code-side to smoke-test.)
