feat: add nuxt-wallet-kit

📚 Description

It makes it easy to connect a crypto wallet in Nuxt, and improves some things that are missing in the wagmi Nuxt module:

1. Everything is configured in nuxt.config, no need to write the plugin, chains and transports yourself
2. The wallet address is already there after a page reload with SSR, without flash or hydration error
3. Ready-to-use components made with Nuxt UI: a connect button, a wallet picker modal and an account menu

There was no web3 module in the Nuxt modules list, so I made one.

(I couldn't run pnpm sync locally (pnpm failed to download Node), so I wrote the yml by hand following the sync output.)
