📚 Description

Adds nuxt-rive, a module for rendering interactive Rive animations in Nuxt.

• <NuxtRive> client component (WebGL2 runtime) with props for artboards, animations, state machines and dynamic text runs
• Emits Rive events (load, play, pause, stop, loop, state change)
• useRiveStateMachineInput composable to drive state machine inputs
• Nuxt DevTools tab to browse and preview .riv files in the project
