Align the compatibility range with the published package version.
At Line [19], this entry advertises Nuxt ^3.20.1 support for the unversioned npm package. The PR objective states that the latest v3 supports only Nuxt ^4.1.0; Nuxt 3 requires @barzhsieh/nuxt-content-mermaid@2.2.3. This metadata can direct Nuxt 3 users to an incompatible release. Set the catalog compatibility to ^4.1.0 and use compatibility.versionMap or the registry's supported version-specific mechanism to map Nuxt 3 to 2.2.3.
