Summary
Backport of #10204 for
release/v11.Update semver from 7.8.5 to 7.8.6, including the bundled source and lockfile. No unrelated dependencies changed.
Validation
npm test --ignore-scripts -- --no-coverage test/lib/commands/version.js.npm run lint --ignore-scripts.Install lifecycle scripts were disabled. A command-only release-age exception was used for semver; persistent npm configuration is unchanged.
