- Team snapshots now include display detail rows for Credits, Remaining, and Seats - Matches upstream v0.74.0+ detail rows via with_section_title pattern - Modified fetch_via_web to return team snapshot info alongside usage - Detail rows properly formatted with commas in credit amounts

qwencloud-team.js(v0.74). The Team lane runs first and falls back to the Individual plan.Behavior
