Review comments at @rust/src/providers/exa/mod.rs:
- Around line 119-125: Update the encoding logic for `encoded_key_id` to
percent-encode every byte of each UTF-8 character rather than casting `char` to
`u8`. Preserve the existing unescaped-character set and uppercase
percent-encoding format.
- Around line 81-96: Update the key ID resolution in the Exa provider to read
`API_KEY_ID_ENV` when `ctx.workspace_id` is unset or blank. Preserve
workspace-value precedence and apply the existing trimming and invalid-value
checks to whichever source is selected.
- Around line 279-283: Update the assertion in test_parse_valid_usage to check
that the detail’s id is “spend” instead of expecting its title to be “Spend”;
keep the title set by ProviderDisplayDetail::new unchanged.
Review comments at @rust/src/providers/tavily/mod.rs:
- Line 272: Clamp the remaining-credit calculations in the plan, API key, and
pay-as-you-go detail rows to zero so reported remaining values are never
negative. Update the calculations using plan_limit and plan_usage, limit and
key_usage, and paygo_l and paygo_u; preserve the existing row labels and
formatting.

resolves to `ProviderId::Exa`, allowing Exa credentials to save and load through
the workspace-provider flow.

- Around line 91-101: Update the month-start calculation to derive it from the
existing now value rather than calling Utc::now() again. Build the first day of
that date’s month at midnight using date_naive and and_hms_opt, and propagate
construction failure with the established ProviderError approach instead of
falling back to now; keep end_time based on the same now value.

…g, tests, token_accounts
- Add ExaApiTitle, ExaApiKeyIdLabel, ExaApiKeyIdPlaceholder, ExaApiKeyIdHelp locale keys to all 10 language files - Add Exa case to OpenAiExtras.tsx WORKSPACE_EXTRA_IDS and extraConfig() - Register locale keys in rust/src/locale.rs and apps/desktop-tauri/src/i18n/keys.ts - Update Exa provider error message to upstream verbatim: 'Set the Exa API key ID in Scope or EXA_API_KEY_ID; this is not the service key.' - All Exa provider tests passing (11/11) - cargo fmt, cargo clippy passing with no warnings
Read EXA_API_KEY_ID as a fallback, percent-encode UTF-8 bytes, map the exa workspace provider, and compare billing periods by instant.
Build the month start from the same now as the end time, and keep body read errors instead of reporting a parse failure.
