…dows, cost titles RateWindow gains reset_regenerates (the card says "Regenerates in 45m", upstream syntheticRegenDetail) and hidden_on_card (a window kept for the tray and float bar only). CostSnapshot gains a card title key (upstream ProviderCostMenuCardStyle) and the detail rows the cost block replaces while it shows (upstream visibleProviderDetails). All four cross the bridge only when set; core serialization is unchanged. Adds RegeneratesCountdown (Mac translations of "Regenerates %@") and CostTitleClawRouterSpend to every locale.
Upstream syntheticRegenDetail / syntheticRollingRegenDetail (MenuCardView+ModelHelpers.swift) show "Regenerates in 45m" on the five-hour and weekly regen lanes; plain lanes keep "Resets in".
Upstream ProviderCostMenuCardStyle.clawRouter (MenuCardView+Costs.swift v0.73.0:592-608): "Monthly budget" with a positive limit, else "ClawRouter spend".
Upstream LithosAI (v0.73.0) is balance-only with a .prepaidCredits cost titled Credits and no usage window. The card now drops the Balance: headline row (kept for the tray and float bar) and the Billing Balance row while the Credits block shows. A debt or the hidden cost style keeps the Billing row instead, so the balance appears exactly once.

regenCountdown currently returns in 45m, so English is correct but several locales render a mixed-language prefix. If the formatter returns only 45m, update these six locale values. Japanese, Korean, and both Chinese values already include a localized relative marker.
The now case also needs a separate localized path. Do not render it through a template containing in, or it will produce Regenerates in now.

The detailed card keeps the Billing "Balance" row (lithosai.ts:63) and the "Credits" block reading "Balance: $X" after it (lithosai.ts:72-73, StatusItemController+Menu.swift:1307-1336,1377-1391, MenuCardView+Costs.swift:511-518). A provider-titled cost block is no longer folded into a matching detail row, so the replaced-detail-rows plumbing (CostSnapshot::replacing_detail_rows, replacedDetailIds) has no user and is removed. The compact Overview shows a card's provider details when it has no metric rows, as upstream showsOverviewSupplementalContent does (MenuCardView+ModelHelpers.swift:378-380), so LithosAI shows its Billing rows there and the card-hidden headline stays off every card.

feat/provider-wording 0d029fb52 + proof shims 2026-10-12T05:26:01+07:00. Each pack ran against the mock server in an isolated proof home, with the window parked on the secondary monitor.
