This PR implements support for widening generic types on method parameters and return types.
The two primary use cases that come to mind for this are
SpawnPlacement.SpawnPredicatemethods (i.e.Armadillo.checkArmadilloSpawnRules()) and the now-removed block codecs.The initial implementation only covers the parameter part of this, is extremely dirty and merely serves as a proof of concept.
