- Add validator info for Cortex testnet validator ID 282, registered on-chain 2026-10-26 - Reuse Cortex description, logo, X handle and vdp flag from the existing Cortex Global testnet entry (ID 275) - Omit metrics_address/metrics_port so defaults apply (discovered address 209.222.100.4, port 9143)
