This PR includes the addition of a metrics_port field for the Silk Nodes testnet validator, a normalization pass on field ordering across all validator records that define metrics_port, and a README update documenting the field.

  • Added metrics_port: 9144 to the Silk Nodes testnet validator entry
  • Reordered metrics_port to appear before vdp across all 4 validator records that have it (2 testnet, 2 mainnet)
  • Documented metrics_port as an optional field in the README schema table, defaulting to 9143 when missing

Add metrics_port to the Silk Nodes testnet validator, normalize field
ordering (metrics_port before vdp) across all validator records that
define it, and document the optional field (default 9143) in the
README schema.
