Why

The Zod 4.6.6 security update in #1326 changed the generated RFC 3339 timestamp pattern to require seconds. Checked-in artifact schemas still carried the previous pattern, causing the package and policy release lane to fail schema snapshot and lexical-parity checks.

Changes

• Refresh the timestamp patterns in six generated artifact schemas and two handwritten schemas with retained Zod parsers.
• Regenerate the derived schema field summaries, digests, and byte counts. This also picks up two previously stale summary fields from recent runtime changes.
