Summary

• Make GitHub Discussions the primary community entry point in both READMEs.
• Remove the embedded expired group invitations, while preserving community anchors and historical image files.
• State that no replacement invitation has been verified. This does not claim to provide a working WeChat or DingTalk invitation.

The actual current images were inspected: DingTalk says valid until April22,2025; WeChat says seven days, until July15. The1.5MB DingTalk image was reused from the already verified source export and matched against the current Git blob/size after a raw download TLS reset. This is not a successful new download or a live group-joining test.

Validation

• Both existing community-link tests pass.
• Real Markdown rendering confirms both community anchors and the Discussions links remain; each README goes from two displayed expired QR images to zero. Archived image bytes, all other source files, headings and fenced examples are unchanged.
• Bare offline repository pytest:91passed,15failed,1skipped. The15 failures are the existing14 tests/test_litellm_api.py::TestLiteLLMApi cases requiring the optional litellm package and tests/test_canonical_qwenaudio_links.py::test_tracked_files_use_qwenaudio_for_canonical_github_repositories, which requires Git metadata absent from this verified source export. The live Pegasus smoke remains skipped without its API key. No failures/skips were hidden or newly added.
• Existing hosted CI is checked on the exact PR head and merged main separately. It is not full-suite, GPU, ASR, provider or media-quality acceptance.
