isSameFavoriteSubtitle 实际上只按时间匹配，id 判断没有作用。
第一个分支要求 id 相同且时间差在容差内。第 29 行在 id 不同时也返回同样的时间条件。所以只要 startTime 差值不超过 0.05 秒，函数就返回 true，id 完全不参与判断。这与注释中的"优先 id + 时间，其次时间容差"不一致。
触发条件：字幕文件中有两条不同 cue 的起始时间相同或非常接近，例如多说话人同时出现的台词。后果如下：
- 只收藏 cue A 后，cue B 的星标也显示为已收藏（
isFavoriteCue）。 - 点击 cue B 的星标会删除 A 的收藏（
toggleFavoriteSubtitle），B 永远无法单独被收藏。 removeFavoriteSubtitle会一次删除所有时间相近的收藏。
建议规则：双方 id 都存在且不同时，额外要求原文相同。这样 id 漂移后仍可回退匹配，不同台词也不会被误判为同一条。

在实际使用过程中，发现字幕流只是滚动展示，对一些感兴趣的字幕无法保存用来后续复习，我在每个台词旁做了一个星标用来暂存。
具体修改如下：
右侧字幕面板左侧多了两个竖向 Tab，每句台词旁也可以星标收藏。
星标：点字幕行上的星号收藏或取消，不会跳转。收藏按当前视频保存，重新打开仍在。
星标 Tab：列出已收藏台词。点某一条会跳到对应位置，方便情景复现；字幕对不上时按保存的开始时间跳转。
字幕 Tab：仍是原来的完整字幕流。
