This adds a section to .mintlify/AGENTS.md telling the agent to:

• Update the matching topic in the same PR when it changes docs or the skill for a CLI, setup/publish, access/plan, or agent-feature change
• Keep topics as workflows, keep related: false, stay under the size limits, and pass check-mint-instructions.mjs

No content changes. Autopilot will also be told about this rule in its dashboard chat.

Adds a Keep mint instructions topics in sync section to .mintlify/AGENTS.md so documentation agents update hidden mint-instructions/*.mdx workflows in the same PR when English docs or agent-context/ change behavior—not just wording.
