Capitalizes Autopilot on the credits page and calls the in-browser editor "the editor" on the Azure Repos guide, per the style guide word list.

Overview
This PR brings two English docs pages in line with the word list: Autopilot capitalization on the credits page and the editor instead of web editor on the Azure Repos deploy guide.
On credits.mdx, the Starter-plan sentence now capitalizes Autopilot like the rest of that page. On deploy/azure-repos.mdx, the meta description and body copy say editor publishing and the editor (including the service-hooks and edit sections), while the section heading Edit in the web editor is unchanged in this diff.
