Mirror #8223's agent setup workflow changes into the es, fr, and zh snippets.

Changes

• Add new step 9 (mint agent setup --agent <agent>) and renumber publish/verify steps to 10 and 11
• Note the Node.js v22.20 requirement in step 1 and update the step reference in step 4
• Restructure the verify step into logged-in and no-account branches

Context

The docs.json change in #8223 only added an AI instructions string (not navigation), so es.json, fr.json, and zh.json need no changes.

Overview
Brings the Spanish, French, and Chinese agent-setup-workflow snippets in line with the English workflow from #8223.

New step 9 tells agents to offer mint agent setup --agent <agent> (when Node.js is v22.20+), with locale-specific links to the admin MCP and CLI reference. Publish and post-deploy verification move to steps 10 and 11; step 1 now flags the Node version needed for step 9, and step 4 points mint deploy at step 10.

Step 11 is split into logged-in + Git (check subdomain via mint status, skip claim) vs no account (claim flow unchanged, consolidated into one branch).
