Documents which links
mint broken-linkschecks and how it resolves paths without a leading slash. The command now also checks reference-style links, and
href/srcvalues written as a fixed value in braces (such ashref={"/quickstart"}). A path likequickstartor../quickstartnow resolves from the page's directory, the way a browser does, instead of from the site root. Because of that, some links that passed before may now report as broken.Based on a merged CLI change that widens link extraction and fixes relative path resolution in the broken-links check.
This PR carries the agent skill edits for this change: the

mint broken-linkssection, so it does not overlap themint validatechanges in #8068.Duplicate check: searched open docs PRs for "broken links", "link" and "relative", plus open and recent PRs by mintlify[bot], sophiabarness and ethanpalm.
