71.0.37-previewnupkg was downloaded from the official build'sNuGetPackagesartifact. The test output's WinMD was verified against that package by SHA-256. No local feed or provisional version is committed.EverythingModernfull API generation/compilation combinations across modern target frameworks and architectures passed with no failures or skips.No generator or test changes were needed for the completed local checks.
Keep this PR in draft until the metadata release has passed human approval,
71.0.37-previewis published to nuget.org and available throughmsft_consumption, and CI has passed against the published package. Current CI restore failures areNU1102while the new metadata version is unpublished.
