.tool-versionsの Node.js を 24.20.0 → 24.21.0 に更新しました（最新の 24.x LTS、Krypton、2026-09-08）Current 系列（26.x、最新 26.10.0）へのメジャーアップは行っていません。26 はまだ LTS ではなく、開発環境はこれまで通り 24.x LTS を追います。
まとめた理由
この PR は Node.js ランタイムのみを対象にしています。依存パッケージの更新とは分離しています。
主な変更点・Breaking Changes
net.BlockListの性能改善、例外を投げないMIMEType.parse。このリポジトリでは未使用ですMigration ・設定変更
.tool-versionsのバージョン指定のみ）.node-version/.node-versionsはリポジトリに存在しませんnode-version: [20.x, 22.x, 24.x]と publish workflow のnode-version: 24はメジャー指定のままで、24.21.0 を含みます検証
