概要

開発環境の依存を、公開パッケージの互換性を変えずに更新します。dependencies、engines.node、パッケージの version は変更していません。

更新前の main で npm ci / format / lint / typecheck / test / build はすべて成功していたため、事前修正用の Pull Request は作っていません。

更新内容

• .node-version: v24.20.0 → v24.21.0（2026-09-08 リリースの 24 系 LTS Krypton。CI マトリクスの 24.x の最新安定版）
• @swc/core: ^1.16.1 → ^1.16.12（パッチの不具合修正。tsup の es5 変換に使用するが、このリポジトリのビルド成果物ハッシュは変わらなかった）
• prettier: ^3.9.6 → ^3.9.9（Markdown / 埋め込みテンプレートの修正。ソースの format は通過）
• ts-jest: ^29.4.12 → ^29.4.14（Babel 8 対応と compiler キャッシュ。破壊的変更なし）
• eslint-config-prettier: ^9.1.2 → ^10.1.8（10.0.0 の主な変更は @stylistic 対応の追加。現行の eslintrc で lint は通過）
• eslint-plugin-jest: ^27.9.0 → ^28.14.0（28.0.0 で削除された no-if や snapshot processor は未使用。ESLint 8 と typescript-eslint 7 の peer 範囲内）
• msw: ^2.2.3 → ~2.10.5（2.10 系の最終版。既存の setupServer / http / HttpResponse のままテストが通過）

msw を tilde にしているのは、^2.10.5 だと 2.11 以降へ浮くためです。2.11.3 以降は ESM 専用の until-async@3 を依存し、Jest 29 が export を解析できずテストが落ちます。2.12.14 は実際にインストールしてテストが全失敗したため、この変更には含めていません。

• @swc/core 1.16.13（2026-09-30）: .npmrc の min-release-age=7 未達
• ESLint 9/10 と typescript-eslint 8: flat config への移行、および削除済みルールの設定変更が必要
• eslint-plugin-jest 29: typescript-eslint 8 が peer
• Jest 30 / @types/jest 30: テストランナーのメジャー更新
• TypeScript 6 / 7: target: es5 や moduleResolution: node が 6.0 で非推奨、7.0 では廃止。7.0 は Compiler API がなく tsup 8.5.1 の型定義生成と非互換
• tsup → tsdown: ビルド成果物への影響が大きい
• MSW 2.11 以降および 3.0: Jest 29 で動かない。3.0 は Node.js 22 以上が必要で、CI の 18 / 20 と合わない
• @types/node: engines.node の下限（>=18）に合わせ、18.19.130 のまま
• dependencies の async-retry
