Keep the literal # when a custom heading ID follows it.
For # Title # {#id}, the new cleanup returns Title. The heading renders as Title #, so the derived title drops a visible hash. The old pattern returned Title #. Apply the closing-sequence strip to the raw title before removing the ID. Then Title # {#id} keeps Title #, and Learn C# {#learn-csharp} still returns Learn C#.

Update the title cleanup chain after groups.title.trim() so it strips a trailing
closing-hash sequence before removing a custom heading ID. Preserve the literal
hash in “Title #” when an ID follows, while keeping “Learn C#” intact.

Strip closing hashes that have no preceding whitespace.
For # ###, the captured title is ### after .trim(). The new /\s+#+$/ needs whitespace before the hashes, so it does not match. The derived contentTitle becomes ###. The docs and blog metadata code uses it as the page title and sidebar label. CommonMark renders this heading as empty. Before this change, the result was an empty string. Allow the start of the string as a closing-sequence boundary:

Update the trailing-hash removal in the heading-title normalization chain so a
closing hash sequence is stripped when it begins the captured title or follows
whitespace; preserve the existing handling of whitespace-delimited closing
hashes.
